Born and raised in the area she proudly serves, Kristi brings valuable local insight and a genuine connection to the community in her role as Assistant Property Manager at Sterling Realty.

After dedicating several years to her family as a stay-at-home mom, she has returned to the workforce with a strong sense of organization, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Working closely alongside Shaun, she supports daily operations and is committed to delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for both property owners and guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the standards of excellence Sterling Realty is known for.

1. Most people are surprised to learn that I drive a 45-foot bus on my rv adventures.

2. I have been with Sterling Realty a little over 6 months. My role at Sterling Realty is Assistant Property Manager.

3. I Primarily serve property owners and guests by helping ensure properties run smoothly, addressing guests needs, coordinating maintenance, managing administrative tasks and supporting overall property operations.

4. I love this work because I enjoy helping people, solving challenges and making a positive impact on the properties we manage.

5. Outside the office, I love to cook, spend time with family and friends and go to the beach.

6. I’m a Florida native from Palmetto and  a proud mom of two amazing children who inspire me to work hard, stay positive and keep growing.
